For safety reasons, electronic vouchers (for printing, by email) are not possible. You will receive a pretty voucher card from the dwarf, packed in a envelope and a gift ribbon.
A code is listed on the voucher, which is charged with the corresponding amount. If the recipient orders something in the shop, it can then enter the code and the voucher will be deducted from the total amount. Our voucher can only be redeemed as an amount. Partial resolution is not possible.

Please indicate the name of the recipient, otherwise the "Recipient" field remains empty on the voucher.

The validity is limited to 2 years from the date of issue.

The delivery times are usually for 1-3 working days. These are guidelines and not binding. Delivery delays can occur due to production or delivery bottlenecks.
