Right of return
Zwergehuus Babygeschenke GmbH guarantees you 7-day right of return after receiving the goods.This applies to all articles that are undamaged and unopened in the original packaging. Reduced and personalized articles that we have specially made for you are excluded from return rights. We would also like to point out that we make the articles as they are ordered in color. The customer is responsible for checking the right color. And we do not ask about whether for a young, for example. Rosa is right.
Under personalized articles, articles also fall without the name, i.e. only with a motif. Each item is made individual for the customer after receipt of the order!
The postage costs are at the expense of the customer. Returns must be registered by email immediately, but at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You will receive a voucher code for the back items sent back, which you can redeem the next time you order. We do not make reimbursements.
Damage of property or delivery
Every customer is responsible for using the products. Claims for damages of all kinds are excluded if the seller has not deliberately or grossly negligent. Under no circumstances is the Zwergehuus BabyGeschenke GmbH are liable for consequential damage or improper use. In addition to the shipping of the goods, Zwergehuus Babygeschenke GmbH assumes no liability.
Complaints about property damage or false delivery must be asserted in writing immediately, but at the latest within 5 days of receipt of the goods by email. The goods are exchanged or withdrawn only if the defect is entitled or according to a personal agreement and within the mentioned period.
The postage costs are at our loads and will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher. In the first place, defects are repaired or replaced by us. The purchase price is only reimbursed in exceptional cases. With a refund you will receive the equivalent of the goods in the form of a coupon code. You can redeem this voucher again in the shop.
We are not liable for consequential damage or false application.
