Delivery area, periods and conditions (Switzerland)
Orders until 11 a.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders after 11 a.m. are edited by our dwarfs the following day.The delivery times are usually 1-4 working days for stock goods, the delivery period of personalized products can take up to 8 working days depending on the order volume. These are guidelines and not binding. Delivery delays can occur due to production or delivery bottlenecks.
All information on availability and delivery time is therefore without guarantee and can be changed at any time. Customers are not explained that there are delays in delivery. The customer receives a shipping confirmation after successful shipping. In the event that a delivery period cannot be complied with, you have the right to withdraw from the contract from the 10th calendar day after the original delivery date. We will then refund the amount already paid in advance. You are not entitled to further claims to Zwergehuus GmbH.
However, we always try to edit all orders immediately. In urgent cases, please make sure by email. As soon as the delivery leaves our warehouse, costs and danger pass to the customer.
If the transport company sends the goods sent back to the seller, since delivery was not possible with the customer, the customer bears the costs for unsuccessful shipping and renewed delivery. Shipping & processing fees of CHF 9.00.
If individual items are no longer available, they are deleted/credited by the order. We do not make any subsequent deliveries.
Shipping costs Switzerland
The goods you have ordered will be sent by post. Letters as A-Post, packages as a B-post, registered mail as a B-post. Up to a value of CHF 70.00, you will be charged for shipping and processing.
If you want a package shipping with A-Post, this is an additional charge of CHF 5.00. The additional shipping fees are subsequently offset and can only be paid with Twint, credit card or PayPal. We do not offer express shipping.
From a value of over CHF 70.00, we deliver B-post free of charge.
Our shipping costs are fairly calculated and also include the packaging material.
Delivery area Germany and EU
We are currently not shipping to Germany or the EU.
