1. Scope
All deliveries and services from the dwarf are carried out exclusively on the basis of these sales and delivery conditions (following terms and conditions mentioned). All legal foundations of this shop regarding imprint, shipping costs, shipping conditions and terms of payment are considered to be read and understood by accepting these terms and conditions.

6. Availability
Most items are usually also available within the listed delivery period. If there are longer delivery delays, you will be informed by email. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the longest delivery period is valid.

7. Delivery
The delivery address specified when ordering can no longer be changed afterwards. The delivery times listed in the shop are guidelines and non -binding. Delivery delays can occur due to production or delivery bottlenecks. All information on availability and delivery time is therefore without guarantee and can be changed at any time. In the event that a delivery period cannot be complied with, you have the right to withdraw from the contract from the 10th calendar day after the original delivery date. We will then refund the amount already paid in advance. You are not entitled to further claims to Zwergehuus GmbH.

We also have the right to cancel confirmed orders due to external, non -influential circumstances without cost consequences.
Orders until 11 a.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders after 11 a.m. are edited by our dwarfs the following day.

8. Prices
The prices include 8.1% VAT for possibly typing errors or errors, we assume no liability. The dwarf? We do not have a minimum order value for shop customers, we look forward to every order.

9. Payment

9.1 Payment is made either by credit card, Twint, Postfinance Card, PayPal, invoice/prepayment.

9.2After ordering, you will receive the order confirmation immediately, if this is not the case, check your spam folder. If you don't find them there either, please contact us by email. Orders with the payment methods Twint, credit card, PayPal and PostFinance are only valid if you receive a separate payment confirmation from our payment provider.

9.3 Credit check and scoring:

9.4 prepayment: The payment formalities are handled by Ideal Payment AG. For questions or information about the invoice, contact must be made directly to Ideal Payment AG. The buyer undertakes to transfer the purchase price according to the order confirmation and payment information within 14 days to the specified account of the dwarf. If the payment is not made within time, the order is canceled and the items are offered again for sale in the shop. Payment receipts are posted on Mondays and Thursdays by the payment provider and assigned to the order. Please note that this can also lead to the processing of the order.

9.4 Payment on account/reminder fees:
The invoice is payable within 15 days. The invoice is paid on time if the amount owed is up to and at the end of the last day of the payment period in the recipient account.

If the payment period is not met and no fixed daily life was agreed, the customer is set in default by reminder. In the event of a delay in payment, the defaulting customer will be invoiced by (first reminder CHF 20.00, second reminder CHF 25.00). If the claim is not paid even after delivery of the reminders, Zwergehuus BabyGeschenke GmbH reserves the right to deduct the claim for the customer, to third parties or to commission them with the debt collection.

The payment method purchase on account does not exist for all purchases and requires, among other things, a successful identification and credit check by the external partner. The purchase on account is not available for shipping country Germany.

10.
When paying in installments, you can choose between two or three rates. A fixed fee of CHF 5,00 including VAT, in addition to the shopping cart value, is charged for the payment method. We take the claim to handle the installment agreement. The rates are to be paid as follows:

1. Rate is due within 10 days of the invoice date
2. Rate is due within 40 days of the invoice date
3. Rate is due within 70 days from the invoice date

If a payment in installments is delayed, the total amount is immediately due for payment.

Example with three installments, with a shopping cart value of 1,500.00.-:

Every customer is responsible for using the products. Claims for damages of all kinds are excluded if the seller has not deliberately or grossly negligent. Under no circumstances is the Zwergehuus BabyGeschenke GmbH are liable for consequential damage or improper use. In addition to the shipping of the goods, Zwergehuus Babygeschenke GmbH assumes no liability.

Complaints about property damage or false delivery must be asserted in writing immediately, but at the latest within 5 days of receipt of the goods by email. The goods are exchanged or withdrawn only if the defect is entitled or according to a personal agreement and within the mentioned period.

The postage costs are at our loads and will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher. In the first place, defects are repaired or replaced by us. The purchase price is only reimbursed in exceptional cases. BA refund you will receive the equivalent of the goods in the form of a coupon code. You can redeem this voucher again in the shop.

We are not liable for consequential damage or false application.

12. Final provisions
With an order, the general terms and conditions of the online shop, as well as our sales, delivery and payment terms are recognized. If a provision of these general terms and conditions, for whatever reason, are void, the validity of the other provisions remains unaffected.
