Returns & Refunds

We grant a 7-day right of return. Personalized products cannot be returned. General information: Contact us in advance by e-mail if you wish to return items. Always enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery bill with your return. Make a note of your e-mail and telephone number in case you have any queries. The return costs are borne by the customer. After receiving your return, it will be checked. If everything is in order, we will issue you with a voucher which you can redeem for your next order. We do not make any refunds.

Please compare the item you have received with your invoice and, if applicable, with your order confirmation. If the item you ordered differs from the item you received, please contact us.

If an item is defective, has been damaged in transit or is faulty in any other way, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. Our goods leave our premises in perfect condition and carefully packed, but in individual cases something may be damaged during transportation. We will endeavor to clarify the situation quickly. Please note that complaints must be made within 7 days. After that, no further rectification is possible. Therefore, please check your entire delivery immediately upon receipt.

Unpaid orders (prepayment) are automatically canceled after 15 days. If you accidentally transferred an amount twice, please contact us.

Personalized articles that we special for you are excluded from the return. Under personalized articles, articles also fall without the name, i.e. only with a motif. Each item is made individual for the customer after receipt of the order! We would also like to point out that we make the articles as they are ordered in color. The customer is responsible for checking the right color. And we do not ask about whether for a young, for example. The color is right.
