As we work with a fully automated system, it is no longer possible to combine different orders or add to orders.

Please check that the address given is correct. We endeavor to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However, please note the specified delivery time. If you have ordered personalized products, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We do not make partial deliveries, the longest delivery time applies to the same order.

Is the item listed on your invoice? Has it been paid for? If both are the case, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail so that we can initiate a check.

We send orders up to 500g below 5 cm as a letter A-Post. All orders as a package are sent B-post. If you want a package shipping with A-Post, an additional charge of CHF 5.00 will be offset. Contact our customer service at info@zwergehuus.ch after the order is completed.

We charge a flat rate of CHF 3.90 for letter or parcel shipping. From a value of goods of CHF 70.00 shipping is even free of charge.

We are purely an online store and do not offer self-collection.

We do not send delivery notes by paper, so the order is not included. If you want a delivery note, you can download it from the shipping email.
