For security reasons, electronic vouchers (for printing, by e-mail) are not possible. You will receive a pretty voucher card from Zwergehuus, packed in an envelope with a gift ribbon around it.
The voucher contains a code which is topped up with the corresponding amount. If the recipient orders something in the store, he can then enter the code and the voucher will be deducted from the total amount.

Please enter the name of the recipient, otherwise the "Recipient" field on the voucher will remain empty.

The validity is limited to 2 years from the date of issue.

Delivery times are generally 1-3 working days for stock items and 3-8 working days for personalized products. These are approximate values and are not binding. There may be delays in delivery due to production or delivery bottlenecks.
