As we work with a fully automated system, it is no longer possible to combine different orders or add to orders.

Please check that the address given is correct. We endeavor to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However, please note the specified delivery time. If you have ordered personalized products, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We do not make partial deliveries, the longest delivery time applies to the same order.

Is the item listed on your invoice? Has it been paid for? If both are the case, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail so that we can initiate a check.

We send orders up to 500g under 5 cm as letter A Mail. All parcel orders are sent by B Mail. If you wish to have your parcel sent by A Mail, a surcharge of CHF 5.00 will be charged. Please contact our customer service at info@zwergehuus.ch after completing your order.

We charge a flat rate of CHF 3.90 for letter or parcel shipping. From a value of goods of CHF 70.00 shipping is even free of charge.

We are purely an online store and do not offer self-collection.

There are no prices on our delivery bills, so you can have your order delivered directly to the recipient.
