The health booklet accompanies our little ones for many years and is also a great reminder of your child's developmental steps later on.
The super cute cover protects the health booklet and the child's vaccination card from dirt, creases or tears. The health booklet cover is lovingly hand-sewn from felt by our dwarves and embroidered with a motif and the child's name as desired. Closed with a press stud, the cover holds the health booklet securely in place.
